Perfect Size!
I ordered this Health Club Step to use while doing my Les Mills workouts at home. It's the perfect size to lay on while doing the workout routine. It's lightweight so it's easy to move around but sturdy enough to hold my weight! The grips on the bottom of the risers ensures that the step doesn't move while you're working out.
