Worth it if your serious
I have been using this inhaler with my patch for those really strong urge moments. Seems to work well for me and not smoking still. At first, I felt a little sting in my throat, went away with a sip of water. One cartridge will last me a good 4 hours while working because I don't use it alone. I use a 21mg patch and this on the side and I have been smoke free for 4 months after 50 years of 1 pack a day. I would recommend this inhaler. It works for me
All I can say is they got me off of 50 years of smoking. They supply the nicotine which is only half the addiction but they also help you by eliminating the actual habit of hand to mouth with an actual cigarette.
