My wife had mopped our floors and we went back over our floors with the Bissell Crosswave and was shocked to see the amount of dirt and grime that it was able to get off our floors. If the battery lasted a little longer it would be perfect
I upgraded from the corded version. This is much easier to maneuver and is much more quiet. However the battery life keeps me from cleaning more than a room at a time. Also, I think it’s a little less powerful than the corded version but that was not a surprise. You can only do one wet and dry pass and with a little less power than the corded it really makes it harder to achieve efficient cleaning.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Picks up debris like cheerios with no problem. LOVE that I don't have to vacuum first. Relatively quiet. Feels nice to handle. easy to refill. LOVE that it's cordless. LOVE that I can vacuum/refresh rugs. Love that it self-cleans. It's a little bit of a hassle to clean and dry all the parts after the self-cleaning cycle, but not terrible. Broken plastic
I would have given this product a 5 star rating but when it arrived a part of the plastic cover was broken off. My husband had to glue it on. Great for mopping
Best used on hard surfaces, it makes mopping less of a chore. While you can use this for wet and dry messes, cleaning the chunks out of the dirty water was pretty gross! Unless you are in a huge rush, I would take the time to vacuum first. I'm not sure if I can recommend this to use to "freshen" area rugs. The standard mop roller seems too soft and plush, it's kind of hard to drag across the pile. Maybe if you had a stiffer roller. Love this handy machine!! Washes & dries floors extremely well. Very satisfied & would highly recommend. My only complaint is it could use a larger battery with longer charge.
