I had a cheap tyre inflator that came with my air compressor, but it wouldn’t sit on the valve stem correctly and let more air out than I could pump in. No such problems with the PCL , no air escape when connected to the valve stem. Very clear scale to read off pressure and accurate when checked against a gauge.
