FANTASTIC RAZOR
This is one comfortable razor. Had a Norelco 1250X for about 4-5 years and decided it was time to upgrade and am glad I did. I have it set on the softest setting and it doesn’t bother my face at all. Smooth close shave and very quiet.
This is an updated version of the old Arcitec with the latest technology. I like the charging pad and it is super quiet. The shave is smooth and effortless. I tried moving the head (with the three blades) to my old Arcitec and it worked fine; same close shave but same old noisy shaver. This is pretty pricey and I could have just purchased the replacement head and used it on my old shaver to get the close shave and saved a couple of hundred dollars, but it would still be the old noisy shaver.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent very quiet shaver at a hefty price.
Jury still out. I like the battery life per shave and the % remaining indicator. I like cleaning under warm water without buying alcohol cleaning fluids like my old Braun. I like it being quiet. I like how it conforms to my face. Overall I like it. But a close shave requires pressure which seems to slightly abrade my face. It could be I’m just getting used to it. I’m inside their 21 day trial period. I can say, I have no plans to return it. It does give a close shave. The lack of a pop up trimmer is an irritant. Having to use a separate pop on trimmer is sub-optimal. So, it’s a great alternative to the Braun. My old Braun is 36 yrs old snd if I put a new blade on it, it’d be almost new. Is this better. Frankly, I’m not 100% sure yet. Do I regret buying this? Not at all. I think ultimately, I’ll like it better than my old Braun. A new Braun? Haven’t a clue.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Real quality shaver if you can afford it - from the wireless charging pad to the shaver itself. that's what you pay for. doesn't make a mess when your shaving I think I have had closer but this shaver comes very close. I was sceptic about the lower speed on high, but it's not a problem, it cuts through any length of growth.
