This is a great co-operative game. You don`t need to have played "Forbidden Island" to enjoy this, but it may help in grasping the dynamics. In fact, this game is slightly harder, so if you thought the peril level in "Island" was daunting at times, then be prepared! Fun Co-op game that will have you cursing the shifting sands.
Forbidden desert is best played with four or five people, and it does require you to be able to talk together and plan together.
