    Can't believe how great it is!

    I never thought I'd be saying this! What do you mean I need an electric toothbrush? Prompted by my daughter, I finally bought one, and now....I can't imagine not using one. I researched the various models and choose this one...great idea! Be sure to use it correctly as far as the angle at your teeth and gums. I have a friend in a periodontist office and she advised me on proper brushing. My teeth have never felt as clean, or maybe after my cleaning with the dental hygienist. It's super easy to use, a bit loud but only lasts 2 minutes. I like the timer and the small charger. I like everything about it!!!

    Simpler product, charger could be more stable.

    the product is just fine. I had a more deluxe model that finally pooped out after many years. I was used to that one, but am getting used to this one. It's simpler, so in some ways it's easier. I find that using the charger that comes with it somewhat unstable and easily tips over. So I saved the larger charger with the sanitizer from my old one to charge it. I will save the smaller one for travel.

  • Second one in 20 years

    Sonicare has been the gold standard of the best of plaque removing toothbrushes. I had to buy this one after our 20-year old model died (battery no longer held a charge). I like the fact that the battery charges on a magnetic type stand - no prongs or connectors to get dirty or corroded. I like that the entire device is water resistant which makes cleaning a snap to get off loose toothpaste. If I only had one suggestion to Philips would be to make their models with two heads and a charging case like our original which our old one had. The heads could be removed, cleaned and placed in the charging case with a closeable cover to prevent germs from the bathroom from entering. It was nice feature, and in my opinion, a far superior way of keeping the head germ free.

  • Cleans great but Fragile. Expect to replace in a year.

    Nice design and cleans great but I’ve had to replace both of the handles purchased in a two pack from Sams club. I ordered a handle only earlier this year for mine that stopped working and just ordered the last one to replace my daughters handle. The handle would intermittently vibrate on the charger and didn’t work correctly. I had Just purchased 10 new brush heads so I didn’t want to change brands yet. Next time I pay full price I’ll buy an Oral B.

  • Easy to Use with Great Features

    I had an older Sonicare that finally needed replacing. This model has really nice new features. It's lightweight, and it has new features like teeth whitening which I really like. You would like this model. I would highly recommend it.

  • Excellent Toothbrush! A+++

    I am so happy with this toothbrush! We had an old Sonicare model that lasted for years, however recently the metal part you click the toothbrush onto became loose - brush still worked but now I know it was not working properly. On top of that I'd purchased generic soft bristle replacement heads, which we were happy with, but since using this new toothbrush (had about 2 weeks now) I've tried the AdaptiveClean brush head, which is not as soft as the generic, but it is cleaning amazingly! And my husband likes the DiamondClean brush head it came with and is trying the AdaptiveClean as well. I had several sore spots on my gums when the new brush arrived and after trying it the first time, the worst sore spot was much better the next day. And of course, now all areas feel so much better. I also had to re-train myself on how to let the brush head glide along without pressing too hard (I read the instructions and I'm glad I did - a good reminder). This toothbrush is just that - a toothbrush. It doesn't alert you someone's at the door through an app, or anything else crazy like that - just a wonderful toothbrush. It does have low, medium, and high settings, as well as a clean or white setting, but that's it! Plain and simple which is what I wanted. I'd recommend this to anyone - and if you read and follow the directions you'll get great results. Too much pressure can result in irritated gums, so just let it glide along, and it recommends to gently work longer bristles in between each tooth. I just do the best I can.

  • Great Toothbrush

    Teeth feel much cleaner after using this than a manual toothbrush. I use the White setting because it adds two 15 seconds at the end to do the front teeth extra or hit any spots u want to get again before the brush turns off. The lowest intensity seems to be all I need. Been using for 2 weeks and haven't had to charge it yet. Will wait for it to die or light to tell me battery is dead before I charge to extend battery life. I SWEAR my teeth looked whiter after only using it twice... probably the placebo affect. I feel like this will save me money on dentist visits. My oral hygienist recommended spending around "$100 for a quality Philips Sonicare" brush. I got this and love it!

  • Sonicare Toothbrush

    Works great. Bought this to replace a similar model when the battery died. Have been using this project for years and would not switch to another brand.

  • Great Toothbrush

    I have only used Sonicare tooth brushes. They are very easy to use with built in timer. Cleans your gums as well as your teeth. I purchased this one for $26 with free shipping. It was an obvious customer return never used. It arrived in it's original box with all of the contents still in it's original packaging. This exact model retail is $70 to $100.

  • 3rd Sonicare over the years

    Cleans great, buttons are a little hard to see while using it. Handle is slippery in comparison to my last Sonicare HX6711/02 HealthyWhite Power Toothbrush but the cleaning it far better on the HX8911/02. Can't rate durability since I just got it. Hopes it last longer than my last one.
