A waste of money
This "diet shake" is extremely hard to do. Nothing but shakes and maybe some broth for 14 days. I couldn't do it because I got too weak from simply doing liquids. The taste, unless enhanced with something, is awful not to mention the texture.Since I don't want to simply throw it away I will resume after the holidays but only drink it 2-3 times a day with a light meal at dinner. Honestly you can find a better protein drink at Walmart in a huge container that is far better than this with more protein.All this stuff about this product is nothing but hype. Almased works!
I followed the plan. After 5 days I moved on to phase 2. I lost an average of 2# a week for a total of 10#. I am now moving into phase 3. A regimented program works best for me. Taste was OK. Good product don't, feel hungry
I didn't know what to expect when I first tasted the shake. It has a good taate although I add some vanilla extract. I mix the powder with some almond milk. Once mixed, with a spoon, it has a very slight granny texture, which I don't mind. I should try one of those portable mixers. Making Almased taste better while losing weight
Some may like the taste while others do not. I agree being on a diet for any length of time could be tiresome. By adding extracts to Almased gives you variety of different flavors. I have used strawberry, vanilla, coconut, banana, and chocolate extracts with the addition of one pack of stevia. Keeps you satisfied
I have been using Almased on and off for years. I love the flavor and it tastes great with cinnamon. When I have a shake I use water or non dairy milk. I am literally full for hours. This is the only supplement that works this well for me. I’m not super happy about the soy so I only use it when I need to stop the hunger.
