At last, a printer that reliably prints on cardstock
I thought at first that this was going to be a mistake-purchase, as the printer wouldn't print any black items and the colour was off. A couple of new, Tesco-brand compatible cartridges has fixed that. I particularly like that this printer will take fairly robust cardstock (sorry, I can't remember the gsm, but it's suitable for birthday cards and the like, without being flimsy!).Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

We spent 3 days trying to connect this printer to the Hp Smart app to be able to use it but it just didnt work and we could not even connect it directly to the computer to print so we sent it back and got the 5000 series which works great. could have just been a dud printer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cannot connect to wi-fi.
I have not been able to make it work wirelessly, apparently from the instructions it is easy to connect to the wi-fi, but I have been trying for two weeks now and can't connect using wi-fi.
