I'm new to yoga. My MS nurse recommended it. I've been following the Geri yoga dvd for about 5 months and decided to look out for another dvd to give me a change of routine. This dvd is brilliant. I love the 20 minute routines, gives the option to do one or all depending on how you feel each day. The instruction is very clear and Alexandra keeps you engaged. I love it and will be looking out for more of her dvds. Highly recommend anyone to give this a go
I’m a complete beginner and I’ve been using this DVD for less than a week. I can already see the results on my upper arms, thighs and tummy. The exercises are basically stretching so it’s amazing to see results this fast and I’ve only used the 1st section so far
