    temporary filling repair

easy to use temporary repair kit.advice is that it only lasts for 48 hours so make sure you either buy more if you cannot get a dental appt for 5 weeks as i have.works fine

  • Most critical review

Better to donate the purchase price to a worthwhile charity which will make you feel much better about spending the money.

Absolutely the very worst thing I have ever purchased off eBay in 12 years. I followed instruction several time only to find it lasts at the very most 90 minutes..😱. I even tried using it last thing at night when I would not be eating or drinking for 8 hours. The sales result, it laste 1 hour at most…. Absolute rubbish avoid it at all costs 👍👍

  • Not impressed

This was purchased to reposition a crown which had come loose. The crown is a very good fit. The product was applied as per instructions - pretty straight-forward. The product is really too thick to use as a cement and therefore difficult to bite down fully on the replaced crown. The repair lasted for 24 hours. The price charged was massively inflated (3 x norm) as other well known products became unavailable in the market place due to the fact dentists were not able to work. Maybe good for a very temporary lost filling but not to bond a tooth or crown back in place.

  • Cheapest product I found and works well

Tbh its the only product I have used but it worked and was easy to use ..there are other products that cost a lot more but for the price I was pleased at the results ..

  • Better than a hole & no dentist

Messy to get right at first, but after several times got the hang of it. Don't use abrasive toothpastes afterwards, as it wears away the repair very quickly

Not as good as previously. Fell out straight away pretty much. Previously have used similar and it worked well as a temporary measure. Also this seems to have aluminium in it too. So it fell out and I guess I swallowed it

  • Don’t bother

Quite disappointed with this product. Had a hole on the back of a front tooth, not especially exposed to wear. I compacted the filing in as well as I could and smoothed the surface to match the tooth. Didn’t eat or drink over night (manufacturers recommendation says 30 minutes) It didn’t even last a day before it crumbled and fell out. Total waste of time and money.

  • Mr Andrew startup

It is good because I have a hole in my bottom tooth and it's easy to put it in..plus it's cheaper than going to dentist

  • Temprorary

Larger kits come with what they call Eugenol but smells like oil of cloves so if you have any, apply that first with cotton bud. Keep away from tongue unless you want a numb tongue. Roll paste thoroughly. I find that it takes ages to set so best to do it before bedtime and let it set overnight. It tends not to stick to good tooth enamel or exisitng fillings so will adjust itself in use. It doesn't have to be perfect. Try not to use the tooth until repaired by dentist. Despite doing that, only really lasts a few days but there's enough for 4 or 5 goes.

  • Filling repair

For the cavity I had which was quite large there was enough material for three repairs. The first lasted a day but probably my fault for not doing it in the morning. The second attempt was much better and has so far lasted 7 days and is still going. Hoping that the one kit lasts me another 9 days.
