Great item, solved a big problem
Perfect - as described and excellent price. Made our Zebra printer as good as new (had been having sporadic printing issues with gaps in print). Very easy to fit. No instructions supplied but it's easy to do without having any special technical ability and there are installation videos available online if required.

Don't waste your money. This replacment thermal printer head made my labels worse
I bought this new print head for my thermal printer. After I changed the print head it actually made the quality of the thermal imaging on the labels worse. I ended up just throwing it in the bin and buying a new thermal printer with maintenance on it
