    Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer Amiibo Cards Series 3 (Pack of 3)

    My daughter adores Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer for her Nintendo 3DS; she got the game for Christmas but I only discovered the albums and the collectable Amiibo cards in the summer. Each album holds 100 cards (there's 100 cards to collect from each series) and the cards come in packs of 3. You use the cards by scanning them with a Nintendo NFC reader (the latest Nintendo 3DS models have one built in) and you use them to decorate the animal's house (each card shows a different animal/character from Animal Crossing). I made the mistake of buying the first 3 albums within weeks when I found them on ebay (which is obviously MEGAN expensive trying to fill all 3 albums!) so my advice if you're going to collect them is to do it one album at a time, as it's too overwhelming trying to buy the cards for 3 albums all at the same time (they're now up to the fourth series) Unfortunately you can't see which cards are in the packs until you open them, so you will end up with duplicates when you get into it, but each pack contains a 'special' sparkly card that you can't access with just the game alone (which my daughter finds really exciting!) They're great fun to collect and the graphics and game-play is fab for kids (and pleasantly age-appropriate too,given that so many games are full of violence etc these days!) I'd say this game would suit kids aged from 5-11 years, really cute with the animals and good fun! ☺
