Table saw value
I have to recommend this craftmans model. Pro is is a lot of table for your money. I am building a cabin with 2 ft overhangs/ plywood soffit. All through you need a extra set of hands to rip a 4x8 sheet. Table cuts true effortless. Is light for transport job to job, I do like how stable the saw on stand is. Wish I had a much older version.
This craftsman table saw is only a shadow of their older models, and over the years they have gotten cheaper and cheaper. No cast iron deck anymore, just an aluminum die casting. No steel motor housing, just a molded plastic box, that cracked when you over tighten the 4 hold down bolts. No really sturdy legs and frame anymore, just 14 gage bent metal legs. Better than I expected
Bigger, better, and more stable than I expected! The ONLY complaint I can make is the way UPS handled it. The box was crunched, and styrofoam inside the box was all busted up but the saw was ok thx to Craftsman, I guess lol. UPS left it outside in the rain on delivery but saved again by someone else (my wife) dragging it inside and out of the rain, by herself. 👍. With that said, I would definitely recommend this saw to a friend!! A lot of table saw for the money. I compared to other $600.00 saws. I paid less than half of that.. Little more money for a much better saw.

To say this is a lousy table saw is ....
Foolish and unwarranted. It’s a very well designed table saw and has tremendous use in everyday remodeling and if you know how to treat your tools and not be cheap by using older saw blades and hasty cutting or just abuse it, it will serve you well. Very happy to have it and prefer it over table saws twice it’s cost. Perhaps some people are not capable of being happy with reality.
