great all rounder hybrid
first time using a hybrid bbq and i would defiantly recommend, very easy to convert, also with the gas you can light the charcoal ,so no messing with fire lighters, looks great, overall easy to use , loses a star as a pain to build out of the box and when cooking on gas the temp is a bit uneven ,once you get used to it though its not a big issue

Mixed grill
Back of burner is hotter than front. So you can move the food to different parts of the grill and slow or speed up the cooking. So, not necessarily a negative. There is a lot of wasted space below the grill which could have been converted into storage space. Instead we have one slim shelf. Having said all if that it has converted me to wanting to bbq more often and I've only had great feedback on the food I've cooked.

Excellent assembly instructions, although you might need a torch as the bolts are painted black. All the parts are easy to identify. Fixings come in a well labeled bubble pack. Took one person about two hours to put together, and it is sturdy when complete. No complaints from the wife about burnt food any more and the cast iron cooking grates fit in the dishwasher.
