I didn't want to pay a fortune but wanted a sturdy machine as I've been used to commercial standard machines. This definitely fulfilled my needs. It has a good range of resistance levels and programmes. It's comfortable to use, very quiet and stable. It might be a bit more rocky for a larger man but it is fine for me. It was easy to assemble following the YouTube video, took me a leisurely 2 hours on my own. We took ages choosing our one piece of home gym equipment and eventually decided on a cross trainer then we were left with a choice of very expensive and much cheaper trainers. This one fell towards the cheaper end but it seemed to have everything we wanted and we were impressed with user reviews. We've had it a few weeks now and it's being used every day. It is well made and feels fairly robust. There are a good range of programmes and the display gives you everything you could want. It's great having something at home to exercise on as there are no excuses about lack of time to go to the gym and this trainer suits everyone in the family from those like me that like an easy time to our teenagers who give it much more of a workout.
