Knowledgeable and well researched.
This is an extremely well researched and crisply written narrative of pre-war and earlier British carmakers. There is a depth of detail that helps explain many obscure (now) events and people, and how these shaped our heritage of great cars. If you have an interest in the subject, this is a very worthwhile purchase.
