Great sound
I've had this system for a few weeks. No problems whatsoever. Very east to install. Takes longer to unpack everything than it does to install it. I like the fact you can raise the volume if just the voices or just the bass in addition to the regular volume. Was surprised how well the bass hits. Defective Unit
Their installation instructions are not well written. No mention of what status the TV audio should be. Using the fiber optic cable, no mention that the small plastic protector on the end of the fiber cable must be removed for those of us not familiar with this type of cable. Sound quality adjustments would change on their own. One day the unit stopped working. The following day it resumed. It stopped again the following day and I went through the setup procedure again with no results. The unit clearly was defective.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Am now able to hear the dialogue!
I was having difficulty hearing the dialogue in some movies and TV shoes. Since I got the Polk Sound bar with voice adjustment I can actually hear what the actors are saying. Polk Support Bad.
Great value for the price. excellent sound. Battery for remote was bad had to replace it,also instructions was not in package went online and got a copy. Called Polk for setup help with my older TV. They were little help trying to find my model call the manufacturer myself and they help setup my TV for the system. Polk tech. support not good at all.!!!! Great system and sound.
