    I bought this for my Husband who has not read it yet but I read this book many years ago and it helped enormously. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who suffers either bad nerves, Panic attacks and or is suffering from a nervous breakdown and cannot cope with life in any capacity. This book takes you through all the symptoms that you would normally experience when having a breakdown and helps you to realise that you can cope and that you are not going to die. Read it through, put it into practice and you will be either a new person or your old self again. It certainly helped me many years ago and I can still remember the advise and fortunately I have not experienced symptoms since.
