My son had this book when he was 4 - he adored it. He is 39 now and my grand daughter aged 4 also loves it. Our daughter read this book when she was about 4 years old at a friends house who worked for the publishers. She has always remembered this book from childhood and as a surprise for her 45th birthday we bought it for her.
