After searching the internet Blackstone Griddles had the best 4⭐️ rating. It’s works well with natural gas. We installed a Wolff silent gas vent which cost 5 x’s the cost of the griddle. The boys love making breakfast burritos, bacon, sausages and hash browns too. Lunch is cheese steak sandwiches.

Awesome griddle
This thing is awesome and big, I use it on my food truck and usually only use half of it. I'd give it a 5 but this one doesn't have a lid and they definitely need lids. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.
