Within days of the D-Day landings, the Das reich 2nd SS Panzer Division marched North through France to reinforce the front-line defenders of Hitler's Fortress Europe.     Well written broad ranging history of resistance

    The book has wider scope than expected and covers much of the relationship between SOE and Free French and the various resistance groups. I've read 80 pages with the German Forces hardly been mentioned - as the background is established.
