I am disabled and wanted something I could do to lose the daily stress, outdoors but without moving around too much. Knife throwing came to mind, so I looked for a beginners books. This book does the job nicely, explains all the basics a beginner wouldn't know, what sort of knife to use, how to hold it and throw it. What to do to correct if the knife doesn't stick in correctly, leading up, once you can hit the target properly, to improve your aim and throw.
