  • Knife throwing guide

I have read this book I believe it was written by a experienced knife thrower. The details from targets to throwing distance the array of knife best stance and techniques is a good read for beginners to advance throwers as well as being a good reference book. I would say a easy short comprehensive guide and a must read for the enthusiast.

  • Stress relief

I am disabled and wanted something I could do to lose the daily stress, outdoors but without moving around too much. Knife throwing came to mind, so I looked for a beginners books. This book does the job nicely, explains all the basics a beginner wouldn't know, what sort of knife to use, how to hold it and throw it. What to do to correct if the knife doesn't stick in correctly, leading up, once you can hit the target properly, to improve your aim and throw. If this book can't help you throw a knife, choose a different hobby.
