Accurate description, basic handbook for combination microwave.
Recipes using combination microwave are hard to find, even using online search. Manufacturers guidelines are woefully inadequate for those of us who do not live by reheating frozen ready meals or roasting meat. This book provides a reference point to convert the food/meals I cook and eat to take advantage of the oven's functionality. Early days so still trial and error, power settings are never the same, and it would be helpful to have some rule of thumb to adjust timings to quantity. I have been using this in conjunction with "Combination microwave cook" by Yates and Young and used together I have a good chance of figuring out methodology.
