Sleeping babies
This guide book has been bought by many of my families young Mums & Dads. Each baby, now young children, quickly became sleepers through the night, happy to go to bed children. Oldest now 15!! So yes i would recommend routine from an early age, Gina Ford's book gives great guidlines as to how to achieve this. So have bought it for our youngest daughter and husband ready for their first baby this summer.
