Top quality reception and transmission all mode transceiver 27 Mhz CB very happy with the radio got a quick contact on AM of around 45 miles S9 with great audio. A well made rig can't wait to spend more time operating this radio highly recommended seems to work like my older version superstar 3900 rig no problems. Also I was getting S9 of noise on another brand of cb then connected up the superstar and the noise was S2 to S3 which is great this radio has great filtering and sensitivity which makes a good radio for working long distance stations.
