Royal mail 2nd class 'signed for ' mail. Condition is good. The bottom corner/spine of the back cover board has a liquid stain which also touches the last two sheets in the same place (examples shown). The top left edge of the first five sheets have a little button sized water mark. Otherwise all pages clean and binding sound. Mild yellowing to page edges throughout. The cover shows some minor signs of wear.
