Great treadmill, BUT
A really good and professional looking machine that gave me grey hairs, another story..... It certainly looks good, works good and (as the old saying goes) does you good. It has an adequate speed range of 0.1kmph upto 10kmph and plenty of preset programmes that offer a range of difficulty; it can also be easily controlled manually with simple up/down speed buttons. A good LED display that shows calories, speed, time, distance etc, a heart rate monitor and inbuilt speakers with connection jack for phone, tablet, etc, two cup holders and a ledge for a tablet/phone. There is an emergency stop button and also an emergency stop lanyard. It has a good sized running deck and two hold bars that hold the heart rate monitors. Good for walking

Fantastic fitness equipment. Suitable for all levels of fitness, and suitable for a range of ages. The treadmill is very study, very easy to assemble and terrific value for the price. Range of speeds that will suit all abilities from a slow walk to a good run, it is brilliant. 3 generations in our family have all tried it and rate it as good quality.
