After watching the film I enjoyed it. I would find it hard to lose myself in the book as the description of the surroundings is just not enough. Slight concentration on characters but definitely TV movie quality and not compelling book material. I want to be transported there, as if I am "living" in the book. Very fragile book
Have read this book many times before and bought 2 copies for a book club I am starting. Once I opened the books, as they are old copies, the pages started falling out.
