This is the 3rd time I have bought this book second hand over the past 25 years. The previous times I have always chickened [sorry!] out of going vegan. This time I took the plunge and have not regretted it. Especially as each section has a week's shopping list and most of the ingredients are available at major supermarkets. Deliciously easy meals. I have also found the recipes easy to double up for 2 persons.
