A useful regression tool.to add to your kit
Ordering meditation CD's on line can be a bit hit and miss, because voices on these CD's can be affected and syrupy, but I got on alright with this one. I'm glad I took a chance on it, because although much of the recording was about getting prepared for the meditation, when it finally came it was a meaningful and interesting window into a past life I apparently had in Lidford in 1873. I'm exploring as many past lives as possible using different means - CD's, workshops, dark mirror etc, and it's good to have a variety of tools. This CD is geared to happy past lives - no drownings, torturings and all that. It's good for building confidence in your intuition, telepathy and the various 'clairs'. Go for it!
