It as never been opened apart for the purpose of taking these photographs so remains in pristine condition. I have just seen a very small crease on the bottom front of the dust cover but i is barely noticeable and could be pressed out quite easily.

Frank Richards,the greatest children's writer of all time
There is one down-side to reading a Frank Richards book, and that is you realise how poor modern children's writers are. Frank Richards (also known as Martin Clifford and several others) effortlessly takes you through every possible emotion, and all his stories will live forever. Billy Bunter is one of his best-known characters, first appearing as a background character over 100 years ago, then developing until he, and several of his classmates from Greyfriars School, became central characters in a series of 38 novels released between 1947 and 1962. Bunter The Bad Lad is one of these, and will have you thoroughly entertained from the first page to the last. In comparison, I doubt if there will be somebody writing a review on a Harry Potter book in 100 years time.
