Product Information

The phenomenally popular self-help book from bestselling author and leader in the field of relationship counselling, Robin Norwood. A must-buy for women who consistently find themselves trapped in self-destructive or unhappy relationships, without knowing why. This bestselling self-help book could revolutionise your love life - for good. Also contains Why Me, Why This, Why Now? - a self-help book for men and women, designed to help readers answer some tough questions about themselves. _____________________________ Is having 'somebody to love' the most important thing in your life? Do you constantly believe in Mr Right, and that being with him would guarantee you would no longer feel depressed or lonely? Are you bored with 'nice guys' who are open, honest and dependable? If being in love means being in pain, this book was written for you. Leading relationship and marriage therapist Robin Norwood describes loving too much as a pattern of thoughts and behaviour, which certain women develop as a response to problems from childhood. Many women find themselves repeatedly drawn into unhappy and destructive relationships with men. They then struggle to make these doomed relationships work. This bestselling relationship self-help book investigates and reveals how powerfully addictive these unhealthy relationships are - but also gives a very specific programme for recovery from the disease of loving too much, a problem that plagues women everywhere.

  • Read it, learn from it and pass it onto a friend.

I was told about this book by my counsellor and it helped me a lot the first time I read it. It shows you how you have a "type" that you are attracted to which isn't necessarily the best type of guy for you. I bought this copy for a friend as she was in need of the excellent advice in this book after her last bad relationship ended. Hopefully now she will be able to see why she is attracted to unsuitable men, and make a better, more informed choice next time.
