I enjoyed this cd very much indeed. Penelope Keith, with her distinctive voice and impeccable timing, adds to the experience but the stories are well written with a good dose of humour. Some will call them lightweight but as comedy drama, with familiar characters,they make entertaining listening, especially for use when driving, suffering ill-health or for those who cannot see to read.
