Almost a life saver, after what felt like hours with a mangifying glass and a non digital vernier gauge (come on who else remembers slide rulers at school) trying to count,/find the correct spine measurements, and after 4 separate visits to local plumbers merchants to purchase wrong ones, got this gauge and woooo, no wonder, amazing what differance 0.1mm makes, should have gone to spec savers. Good Material, Poor Marking
I bought one from Tap Magician and I have kept it in my wallet with bank cards etc. It has never been kept loose in a pocket so I thought I was taking care of it! I came to use it the other week (its not 2 years old) and I could not read one marking on the gauge. All the markings had faded/rubbed off. A bit poor really as you would expect it to last a bit longer than that. Would I buy another - Not this type.
