Does what it's meant for
It didn't cost a lot and is great value. It's only used for holding small PCBs or bits of wire so I don't expect it to be the weight of a small engine block. It's heavy enough for what it's purpose... To hold things steady whilst soldering. Yeah ok I had to put a bit of heat shrink on the clips but that's no big deal. Locking screws are too small
