Beautiful, fast, easy.
This is a wonderful knife! Cabbage get shredded thinly and evenly, and, most importantly, fast! Tip - place mixing bowl upside - down in the middle of your cutting board, or you can use a thick piece of wood (about 4X4 inches). Put the head of cabbage on this support and shred the side that is sticking out over the edge. This way you avoid losing some cabbage on the bottom of the head, which always happens if you shred it straight on the cutting board, because cutting surfaces are located about 1 inch above the edge of the shredding knife.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
