ITV created the mystery series FOYLE'S WAR in the early 2000s, not long after the program INSPECTOR MORSE wrapped. Episodes, which transpire in the years immediately following World War II, star Michael Kitchen (OUT OF AFRICA) as DCS Christopher Foyle, a police investigator in the coastal town of Hastings, England.Foyle constantly intends to embark on a long-awaited retirement, but a series of baffling cases stand in the way of this goal. This particular set contains all three episodes from Series 7 of the program: "The Russian House," "Killing Time" and "The Hide," in the complete and uncut versions in which they originally aired on British television.

Foyle's War Stories are the Best!
My husband and I are seniors. We enjoy spending time at home and we especially like good movies. We have several Foyle's War DVDs and they are all excellent. Foyle is an outstanding character and his driver, Sam, is outstanding. The stories are impactful. We will be searching for other Foyle's War DVDs for our collection.
