    when i first connect up and set the phones they both crackled, and i thought they would have to go back as a lot of people have done [other reviews] however i found that once fully charged and over a 24 hour time lapse all is now good no crackle good volume and clear voices , excellent very pleased .

Answer machine easy to use Cons Very bright light from docking station I have the second unit in my bedroom so have turned the unit to the wall and i remove the hand set overnight.
