Essential SW album with 'space-rock' feel in parts.
Mr Wilson is back in prog territory here, with two multipart tracks which channel Floyd, Yes even a little ELP in parts. The first track is better IMO and even has lyrics on one part by Andy Partridge.
The concept of the two pieces is far out: space, the universe and everything. Sounds fine to me and is a superior album to SW's previous album. Musicianship is excellent as ever. These two tracks improve with each play.
Though not a classic like The Raven that Refused to Sing this is a good rock album by one of the more interesting artists in neo-prog. The artwork/booklet isn't so exciting but appropriate for the cosmic subject matter.
