The Beatles (‘The White Album’) Super Deluxe edition is superb
As with all of the Beatles recordings the diverse range of styles and the creativity is outstanding. This particular item is one of the Super Deluxe editions that have been produced by Giles Martin and Sam Okell with input from Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono and Olivia Harrison and as with the Anthology series and Peter Jackson’s Get Back project has some wonderful examples of the Beatles working process. Many of the rehearsals and earlier takes of tracks are great to listen to and delightfully entertaining in their own right. Sadly this item is not easily available, so I’m delighted to have a copy which was well packaged and delivered promptly. I’m looking forward to the ongoing work of Giles Martin and team. Hopefully all of The Beatles’ albums will get this wonderful treatment and bring out hidden delights in the remastering. An excellent item and well worth buying.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
