Fantastic experience, watching the series in chronological order.
Having read the books when I was younger, I watched the films as they came out, strangely like star wars, the films started in the middle of the story ie with lord of the rings then the Hobbit, It is a great product for those who want to watch the whole story in the correct order, it adds a lot of depth to the story and makes a lot more sense to watch in chronological order over a shorter period than waiting years between the films coming out. If you have read the Books; then you MUST see these films.
