Decent Product - Some Concerns
This was a replacement for the previous generation that I was a fan of. The construction is plastic but for the price it looks good and functions well. Certainly no regrets. My only concern is that Venom have gone to a FoldedzContact spring design which I fear will start to deform and no longer make good connections. This is what happened to previous good quality chargers I had previously which is why I discovered venom in the first place. Their last-gen design used solid spring pointed contacts which were a lot more robust. It's also annoying the you can not buy additional/replacement battery packs and covers. I have more controllers then I need chargers. But currently need to buy a charger for each one. Single venom Charging dock xbox Series S
First time plugging it in to use, due to having an xbox as a gift. It doesn’t charge my control pad at all. The green light/ red light on the front of the dock doesn’t come on when pad is rested. I bought it Brand new. Having to use a wire to charge my control pad. Also, in the box for my control pad dock it come with battery pack, but none of the other two backings for the battery fit my controller. I did buy the correct dock for my controller.
