Love it, wish I'd bought one years earlier
A very quick and smooth shave, it really is... My brother and uncle used one for years. This shaver is good quality and has probably been made better over the years, it's what they do. Phillips Brand for little money.
Used as a wet shaver i get an amazing shave not as good as a razor shave but pretty close and i am delighted. Not the usual high ticket Phillips but performs just as well. Looks great in black and easy to clean. This shaver also has a trimmer which is great for trimming side burns etc. No bag or container to keep it in or a brush to clean the inside but at this price you are getting a decent branded cordless shaver with usb charger. great shaver with close, clean and smooth shave.
Philips Wet/Dry rotary shaver is a great shaver, for everyday use, it tackles the bear without a problem and if you do not shave for 4 to 5 days, the shaver will shave the whiskers easily giving you a smooth, clean, close, and irritation/redness free shave every time, I prefer the dry shaving and when the shaver is used with pre-electric shaving lotion, it's a great and wonderful experience you get with this Philips shaver. But, there was a problem with this shaver, in particular, the motor seems to have no power, and the battery discharged to half of its power after just 4 shaves (4 minutes each shave), so I called Philips and told them the issue with my brand new Philips 3000 wet/dry rotary shaver; stray away they took notes of the problem and 3 days later they sent me a replacement, a brand new shaver free of charge; this is what I call "excellent customer service"; I had a problem with a Braun series 3 330 dry foil rechargeable shaver last year, and Braun repaired for me without any cost; these two companies have shown they really keep their promises of good service to customers and the responsibility when their products fail to standards ..........thumbs up to these shavers companies.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good all round shaver
Have had a cheaper model that I keep as a back up in work, ( bit rough on my skin) have also had a more expensive Philip's shaver than this that was great and had a sensitivity control. This model falls inbetween. Does a pretty good dry shave and not too rough on the skin. Have not tried it wet yet. Instruction leaflets very small print and hard to read, recommend looking at the online manual which is much easier to read. Will need to physically check before buying next time
