Bought this from AO. Arrived very well packaged. Lovely delivery guy DPD. Looks lovely on countertop not bulky, very stylish. Only made hot chocolate so far. Nice and hot not boiling. Great froth.Very quiet and easy to wash. It does have 2 discs for frothing milk. Store these discs carefully.Good instructions. Extremely happy with purchase.
