Robby is awesome!
As a fan of "Forbidden Planet", this is one of the best things I have ever purchased on eBay! Not only is Robby outstanding looking, the sound and animation are spot on. Locating the batteries in the feet is a very clever design feature. This makes him very stable while walking. The moveable arms and hands allow him to be posed for display when not in operation. Nice size and features
The robot has two voice messages and a clip of the movie music that it cycles through with the press of a button, which also activates lights during the playback. The toy stands over 12 inches tall and is nicely designed. The box claims it includes a gun but that is not correct. This is the best example of a Robby the Robot scale model that I have ever seen with many attributes not found in your typical earlier attempts at replicating this iconic character.
