I used to use the old Cleo 2 in my 30's and this newer system has much improved. Easier to program and earpieces to stop the pads from being pulled off. Portable and powerful I felt a firmness in the face after just 14 days use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Extremely disappointing.
