Excellent tent, affordable and well-designed. Not for extreme conditions, though.
FOR: It is very light. As ultra-light 2-man tents go, it is not super-expensive. It is easy to set-up. It’s green colour blends into the environment perfectly. Perfect for fast and light 3-season sheltered use in good weather. AGAINST: It is quite small internally - if either or both of the occupants is large, then there may be a problem - and there is hardly any room for your packs. The tent feels relatively flimsy, so despite the ‘force 10’ designation, I am certain this isn’t a tent for really bad weather, high winds or high altitude; Or winter use, come to that. CONCLUSION: Recommended, especially for one-man use. Still recommended for two, if neither of you are whopping great fatties or candidates for the Worlds Strongest Man. I DO think this tent would tear or fail catastrophically if you were to set it up on a high-altitude ridge-line in full view of a serious gale in winter conditions. Great Tent!
Very pleased with this tent, lots of room for one person, would be cozy for two. Spent two rainy nights in it and it stayed dry. Easy and quick to set up and having flysheet first/all in one means you stay dry There was some interior condensation but I put that down to the wet weather.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
