Good fun but a bit cheap feeling
I bought this for my son’s 5th birthday and he loves it. The claim of 10mph may be a bit optimistic, but it’s faster than some other similarly priced toys, and certainly fast enough to be fun. Best on hard surfaces, but it will manage short grass and some mildly rough terrain. There’s no proportionality to the controls, it’s either full on or off, and similarly either full steering or none. Consequently it has quite a wide turning circle. The plastic panel that covers the car and gives it its “look” is thin and flimsy, easily broken. However the body seems strong enough, and the suspension should reduce the chance of damage when played with roughly. The handset feels very light and cheap, but works. The first I bought (from a different seller) was faulty (didn’t go back or left!), so quality control is not great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
