To quote an olde slogan "You can be sure of Shell". And, I worked for one of their companies for 14 years and know their high standards of quality, refinement and research into engine protection additives that go into their oils. Shell oils are currently recommended and used by Ferrari; need I say more...

Best possible up-to-date spec and fully synthetic. Toyota recommend 5W30, but I use 5W40 to give better high-speed (ie hot) protection. At this price it's a no-brainer and your engine will thank you. I'll use nothing else.
